Dude, it is November! Melehmlehlmelh. Well, a new beginning is necessary. But I really can't think of any no-no's. We could do something like:

- not saying anything bad about ourselves
- Saying something good about ourselves when...........we feel like it........?
- Whenever we have the urge or just see something that we like about someone we tell them. Either by note, or vocally. (This would be hard)

- Well, I really don't feel inspired in this area so..................any Ideas from the Hannah section? Our month of change is flying by.
